It has been almost a week. This is highly inefficient
@ArunPalSingh@HelpdeskMCA21V3 They say it will take another 24- 48 hours for them to respond. it's weekend already...they say they have downgraded me from a business user to registered user when I was never registered as business user. Have reopened the complain

This is a backend NSDL/CDSL API handshake timeout following the recent server outage. User Profile has already been successfully updated to clear tokens. Requesting Technical Tier 2 Team to manually flush the data validation lock on User ID:
@MCA21India IN THE PROCESS TO FILE IEPF 5 FORM . I DO NOT GET EMAIL OTP. I AM IN USA. WAS GETTING OTP TILL FEB. BUT THEN IT STOPPED. AND THERE IS NO VALIDATING OF NSDL DEMAT A/C. SHOWS*TECHNICAL ERROR OCCURED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN*.. KINDLY RESOLVE AT EARLIEST. THANK YOU..
