Scrambled Eggs and Salmon. A simple meal idea for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Substitute with fresh salmon (poached) and scrambled eggs made with a higher ratio of egg whites for high protein fuel.
My secret workhorse in the middle is a Tomato Knife. The serrated edge means it also cuts bread. I pack it on self catering holidays and buy the vibrant colours so they are easily spotted in a cluttered drawer or dishwasher.
