i’ve just started skipping every cutscene lol cuz there’s rarely anything new to see. the game feels so half-baked to me.

as someone who has spent over half my life playing tomodachi life, the new game does feel more repetitive to me. after a day or two of playing, every single conversation/cutscene is the same, just with island slang thrown in to give it funny factor.- 🧵

This isn’t to say i don’t enjoy the game!! i do!! but it really feels like they prioritized customization over gameplay, especially the way they excluded so many features from the original game that make tomodachi life feel like tomodachi life.
