@Santhosh160582 In pot, it takes a lot of time. We need to soak it for 4 hours in water to reduce the cooking time. But, this is healthy too. We sometimes make Dosa batter with this rice, too. 👍🏽

It belongs to the red rice category, which gives a different colour and texture. It has a very unique taste, too. 👍🏽
