You being upset because sis is making coin from salmon, lump crab, & lamb chops is misdirected anger. Reevaluate your side of things, mainly your resentment towards anyone making money doing what they love & what people genuinely enjoy cause they aren’t serving what you would.

That’s how vast culinary arts is. I understand some of y’all are in a tizzy cause you went to culinary school, paid a gazillion dollars for a degree and now it’s being overshadowed by “instagram chefs”. There’s still a market for high end. Just as there’s space for seafood boils.
