Ms. Fuentes has incorporated a Spanish Word of the Day into her Morning Meeting. Our English speakers love learning a new language and our Spanish speaking students love being able to share what they know with confidence, in their native language. What a gift! #watsonwednesday

At morning meeting, we compared the number of fish in different sized aquariums, estimated how many fish were in each, then counted to see if we were close! Comparing quantities, estimating, counting, writing numerals, drawing representations of numbers... #thisisprek

I used @PreKPages center labels to make a guide for big people who visit our little people world! The pre-k years are packed with growth and development that may not be obvious from the outside looking in. Each learning opportunity is designed with INTENTION. ❤ #askmeaboutprek
