With the rising temperatures, passengers are exposed to direct sunlight while waiting for trains, as only one shed is available for cover on platforms 1 and 2. This lack of adequate shelter is not only uncomfortable but also poses health risks to passengers, including dehydration

@Central_Railway what is the challenge with UTS app ? this is the 2nd time that an amount debited from account however no tickets issued. It doesn't look good when u have to travel like this..

The critical part is u have to wait for 6 mins for ticket confirmation.
Dose it really going to help in the morning working hours because the difference of time between 2 trains at central railway is more than 6 mins.
