@ForePlayPod@chevrolet 1. People trying to hit hero recovery shots out of trouble, which only gets them further in trouble
2. People not realizing they don't hit their clubs as far as they think
3. Someone in a cart driving out in front of walkers with a wide open back 9 and not playing fast
A story line I didn't think I'd ever get to see: a college sophomore, as an amateur, just beat ~150 PGA tour golf professionals. And he passed on $1.5M.
What other sport gives us this?
Way to go .@NickDunlap62
@LouStagner I think you're missing another big point, the USGA is going to affect 100% of golfers using a test condition, 125 mph swing speed, that only 2 elite professionals replicate. That is horribly unrepresentative.
@GOLF_com@GolfDigest A new level of Idiocracy. This is good for the game? Is the NBA considering 11 ft baskets?
I only hope that
1, ball manufacturers refuse to make it
2, the PGA and LIV refuse the rule
3, Pros boycott the Opens
4, fans don't buy the tickets
The USGA can make itself irrelevant
