If snezhnaya relies on kreschnik’s torch to heat Snezhnograd + parts of snezhnaya, if it were to break then it would be catastrophic, I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s the direction they’re going in. Perhaps the tsaritsa is turning off kreschnik’s torch to pursue a greater goal?

We’ve always known snezhnaya to be terribly frigid, but this implies that the weather is becoming unbearable and abnormally cold.
From Nod Krai, Columbia told us about ‘kreschnik’s torch’ and based of the video, assume that the big machine with the dial is ‘Kreschnik’s torch’.
