@Hertz I already tried reaching out online and supposedly got you specifically in Messenger on Friday night. I’ve been through this. You told me to go to the local office the local office sent me to the airport and the guy at the airport was rude and blamed me for the situation.

I used to use @Hertz regularly but noticed a huge drop in their customer service lately. And this was the last straw, I was charged insurance on a Tesla I didn’t ask for (in both cases) and given their run around by customer service when trying to resolve it. Never again.
