@iamrookes I have dry and sensitive skin and use Neutrogena Hydro Boost water gel, followed by the moisturiser... but if you really want to play it safe, Simple's products are probably best.
I understand this is a total first world problem and who am I to complain about the price of something that, even at it's cheapest, is extortionate, but I don't understand why it is so much more complicated because of my gender expression?!
For the past few months I have been saving up to get myself a tailored suit (made-to-measure; bespoke is well beyond the amount I can justify spending on an outfit I won't wear a lot). The sexism of it all is really frustrating.
Another tailor put on their website that it was £650 for a men's made-to-measure two piece suit, with 'POA' for women. Also, mosy tailors only do menswear.
First tweet in a while... turns out Twitter gives me social anxiety and I can no longer see it as a platform for yelling into the void. lol. Who knew?
... so what does one talk about on here? What do people find interesting?!
@naked_ape@ubereats_uk@JustEatUK You should have seen the depth of sadness in my face when I opened the studio door to see this! I was crushed. They gave me a partial refund for the drinks but didn’t refund the delivery fee which I thought was ironic :p thank you for the sympathy, it is much appreciated 😂☺️
@naked_ape@ubereats_uk@JustEatUK It was actually coffee for the band! My caffeine-deprived self was very upset :(
He said he would get them involved on his end to get a refund/replacement but got nothing 🤷🏼♀️ I even called UberEats and they just told me to wait for a response on the app! Not cool :/
@Scrumpy__ I usually get my skinny jeans from River Island - they’re not high waisted so not sure how they do on that front but for me (at 5’1”) they fit well and last ages!
