@Neuroscope_mp Sleep is top of list in almost every treatment protocol but it seems as if doctors think people are just choosing not to go to bed or stay asleep. My getting an infection a long time ago flipped my days and nights and no one cared. Good luck w your very important work

@Neuroscope_mp Yes please! I have complained to multiple docs about difficulty sleeping and given zero advice for it that isn’t on the internet so I cobbled my own protocol which works better than not using it but probably isn’t great for me long term…and i still rarely sleep all night.

@wilsonhlthcoach Would antibiotics now impact the test results later? I wouldn’t mind a trial to see if something worked, except when it comes to antibiotics. With antibiotics involved, I’d want to know the condition was there. Surely there are cheaper alternatives too.

Exactly one month ago today, we rescued little Zuri from a septic tank. While she’s settled marvellously into Nursery life, she’s still quite feisty and prone to overreacting. Nannies like Muridjo (seen here) have been a wonderful balm, helping Zuri calm down when she gets in a bit of a tizzy. See her work her magic here!

@doctortung101 Horbaach has lipase in it. It seems similar to the one i take but possibly mine has higher lipase content. Thanks for sharing that info. Mine is called GI-One from Patient One. Sounds so generic but i get if from fullscript so hopefully it’s legit

@Z3R0Gravitas I used to pick them and almost inhale them. I don’t think the scent carries like hyacinth or lilac or lavender.

@Britsarmymom I do fine with lean red meat. But one needs the fat to be able to eat carnivore so it’s an obstacle to getting enough calories if one can’t digest the fat. It becomes obvious quickly on high fat carnivore or keto if there is a deficiency.

@doctortung101 @SusanR51NC Im open to suggestions tho. What bile salts do you feel worked the best? I havent tried ox bile for some reason. I used tudca, lipase in a high dose enzyme combo and betaine hcl

@SusanR51NC Do you mind sharing what test you did? Or what marker that is? This is a similar concern for me although i dont need a test to tell me i have trouble digesting fat. But i would like to rule out a pancreatic problem. Do you know how it causes trouble with fat?
