@GabbbarSingh Everyon is struggling, European or Indian. The kind of temperatures we are seeing this year is unprecedented. Difference is that Europeans go dip in the water in lakes, sea etc to keep cool, but Indians generally don't do that
@ozhan_dev@nic_amadio Along with luck and networking, you forgot one thing which is maybe the most important: DRIVE. If you have the drive, you will make it happen unless it is really almost impossible. I interviewed at FAANG companies for 3 years before I got in
@GergelyOrosz I owe a lot to this blog post, thank you for doing this! I remember the pre-covid days when US companies did not hire much in NL, and 100k was pretty much the ceiling at others. This article came out, and it inspired me to really go after the big names
@typesfast Why? I feel it's awesome, just a few kms outside the city, and cabs never were more than 15-20 euros to the city center (at least when I used to go there frequently for work)
@Poan__Sapdi Whts the offence? 1 lakh is super crazy. My friends got a challan of 200 euros for parking at the wrong place. Was your speed super high (by mistake) compared to the speed limit?
@TheAnkurTyagi I know there are people doing this, but more stories of how this can be exactly done, specific skills, career journeys etc. need to be told publically. The (north and west) European culture of "be normal" unfortunately prevents people from actively sharing their successes
@championswimmer 0.5 M is almost too good to be true, gonna rabbit hole into that website now ๐ I thought property in London was 20% more expensive than Amsterdam, ye to Amsterdam se aadhi hai. Similar house would cost at least 1.2 M Euros anywhere 30 mins from central Amsterdam
@jasveer10 This is one of the strangest places Iโve been to. Nice aesthetic, but why blast high volume music in a restaurant? Maybe they are trying to create a bar/restaurant vibe, but thats doesnt work when there are no standing tables and no one is standingโฆ
@thesneha_ What does โstruggle to compete with themโ mean? Iโm not competing with anyone on who does more meal prepping, it is just the way of life in the west
