As the World Cup Final kicks off, I'm grateful for our partners at @visitPA, @FWC26Philly, @vstpgh, @ScrantonCityGov, and @cityreadingpa who made the World Cup accessible and brought people together at our three free FIFA Fan Zones across PA AND our FIFA Fan Fest in Philly — the only fan fest in the country that was free and open daily throughout the tournament.
I'm also grateful for our city public works teams, local law enforcement, and incredible volunteers whose work allowed folks from across PA and the WORLD to come together. And as of today, Philly's FIFA Fan Fest will have officially welcomed half a million fans to celebrate and experience the magic of the @FIFAWorldCup.

We continue to follow with concern the events unfolding in various countries torn apart by war and violence. Let us not forget those who are suffering and dying because of these conflicts, and let us add our constant prayers to the generous efforts for #peace.

Floridians are tired of changing their clocks — so are Americans across the country.
Thank you, @VernBuchanan, for leading this in the House and getting The Sunshine Protection Act passed. Now, let’s get it done in the Senate.
Two American servicemembers were killed in Jordan. We owe them a debt we can never repay.
My deepest condolences to their families, and my thoughts are with those who are injured and still missing.
I am heartbroken by the news that two servicemembers have been killed during the war with Iran. I am praying for their families and loved ones as we honor their service and sacrifice.
Two more American servicemembers have been killed by Iranian strikes in Jordan. Another is missing and four were medically evacuated.
My heart is broken for the families who are learning about this tremendous loss, and the others who are waiting for answers.
Our nation is forever indebted to our fallen heroes for their sacrifice.
