There will be no classes on Monday 18th March.

All classes as normal from Tuesday 19th March

Tonight's Core class @ 5.30pm and Spin class @ 6.30pm have been cancelled due to instructor illness. We are hoping to have someone organised to do the 7.30pm class. We will give an update on this class later

Our Halloween intensive swimming lessons for children are now sold out.

Our next course of intensive swimming lessons will be over the 2 weeks of Easter break. Keep an eye on our Facebook page next year for information on when they will be available for booking.
