Feeling grateful for the emails flooding my inbox! It's been a wonderful year with these students and I am so proud to be their teacher. #TeacherAppreciationWeek
It was my absolute pleasure to host the 2nd annual Industrial Designer Virtual Event for VAVA! The students and staff came ready to learn about this amazing career and asked phenomenal questions!
Which one Doesn't Belong has always been one of my favorites for so many reasons: low-floor/high-ceiling, vocabulary practice, making connections, and thinking deeper about the math. Love to see my students engaging in the content. #wodb#mathtalks#middleschoolmath@WODBMath
https://t.co/y7PHpnW6v4 is still one of my go-to resources for giving students a chance to write out their work in real time. Gives me a chance to see their thinking!
@Classkick is an awesome resource to see students' work real time and offer feedback! I put Ss in a breakout room so they could work together but each still have their own individual classkick paper. Went great! This student is a rock star. #virtualteaching#k12@StrideLearn
VERY bittersweet day of donating my classroom supplies to a local middle school. Glad they'll be put to good use but I definitely miss being in the classroom!
Always a favorite of mine: Student Lottery! No prep and a bunch of engagement. Any time a student participates (asks a question, answers a question, etc) they get their name on the board for a chance to win a prize!
