* The Raipur Consumer Court has held that E-20 blended fuel was responsible for the damage to a Vehicle Manufactured in 2023.

*This has been the position of TEAM BHARAT, that over 80% of vehicles on Indian roads today are pre 2023 & E10-compatible hence E10 blended petrol must be available.

TEAM BHARAT therefore demands data be put out : in the past one year since the introduction of mandatory E20 blended Petrol:

1) how many vehicles have faced issues: due to adulterated fuel, or how many fuel pumps, injectors, gaskets, engines have been repaired by vehicle companies?

2) Make E10 Petrol available for E10 compliant vehicles.

We also have a solution regarding saving our foreign reserves & currency:

If E10 blended petrol is made available, the Ethanol INDIA saves, can be used in industry, thus saving foreign reserves on importing Industrial Ethanol from USA.

*Fact 1: Petrol costs just ₹52/litre Ethanol costs ~₹72/litre!

*Fact 2: To make Ethanol “affordable” for blending, the government's "BETA BADHAO YOJNA" gives heavy subsidies to distilleries!

*Fact 3: Indian Ethanol is diverted to petrol thus → forcing INDIA to import industrial Ethanol from the USA!

*Fact 4: Nepal & Bhutan buy pure petrol from India… and sell it cheaper to their citizens!

Isn’t this mind-boggling?

I totally agree with him! For a normal middle class family even today buying a car is considered a huge achievement and it’s an emotion attached, but this government is playing with the emotions of everyone.

Ohh yes and you know what my car started flying in sky. I can reach any countries in just a few hours, mileage increased by 500x. Every morning I fly to Dubai and return back in evening.

I CAN'T DEFEND/SUPPORT ANYTHING ON ETHANOL ABOVE E-20.

Anything above E20 is beneficial only if you own a certified flex-fuel vehicle which are presently on available in Bharat.

From what I understand: Higher ethanol blends can lead to:
-Lower mileage (ethanol contains less energy than petrol)
-Corrosion of fuel system components
-Compatibility and warranty issues in non-flex-fuel vehicles

Max permissible is E20 in present condition as cars manufactured since 2023 are designed to absorb this blend to max level. Not beyond that.

I'm definitely not in support of paying full amount for car to have it's life reduced later.

Sorry but I'm not on same page with Modi Sarkar on this.
