Build it quickly.
Put it in front of people.
Watch what happens.
Signal? Keep going.
Silence? Move on.

The goal isn't to make every idea work.

It's to find the ones that deserve more time.

You don't need an idea nobody has ever thought of.

You need:

A real problem.
A clear audience.
Better execution.
Good distribution.
Enough persistence.

"Someone already built it" isn't always a reason to stop.

Maybe founders put too much pressure on themselves to find an original idea.

Apple didn't invent the smartphone.

It didn't invent the smartwatch.

It didn't invent wireless earbuds.

It definitely didn't invent the foldable.

Sometimes the opportunity is simply doing an existing idea better.

That doesn't automatically make it easier to sell.

The gap between "I made this" and "people want this" is still very real.

Price isn't just about cost.

It's about perceived value, positioning and trust.

An ecosystem is much harder.

Users.
Integrations.
Data.
Workflows.
Community.

That's probably where more SaaS moats are going to live.
