@JetBlue we gotta talk… I’ve defended you in every airline conversation and was always so happy when my company travel was on an aptly named Blue plane but those days have come to an end. Blue skies no more. After paying over $800 for flights, our return flight has been delayed.

@JetBlue We don’t need $2.2 billion, we would just love for our unnecessary and unexpected additional travel expenses to be covered. We need answers and accountability. Even 4.7% of what we’ve spent would go a long way and repair this.
