People always say to me…. Why are you still out on the stalls? Surely you don’t have to do that anymore? How comes your always out in the van doing deliveries?

And maybe I could take it a bit easier… but I choose not to.
Because I love working. I love being around real people. I love the banter, the buying and selling, the energy of proper graft. And I love earning money. It keeps me grounded.

If I’m honest, We all got our demons.
And Mine is I love a drink. And I’m terrible with wasting money. I can earn it, no problem, but I’m not the best at holding onto it. When I ain’t working, I can blow fortunes on nonsense. And drink all the time. But when I’m grafting? I can’t waste money cus Im at work and I can’t drink cus I’ve got to many responsibilities and things happening. Work keeps me disciplined. It keeps me being the best version of myself. It sets a good example for me kids.

I want my little ones to grow up knowing the value of money, even if I’ve struggled with that myself. And the best way to teach them ain’t by preaching, it’s by showing them. Working hard and Being proud of what you do.

That’s why I respect anyone who goes out there to work day in day out.
Anyone pushing themselves and providing for their families, Those are the people I look up to. Those are the real heroes.

So when people ask me why I never stop, it’s because of this:
I love the work, it keeps me straight, it sets the example, and it inspires the next generation. Plus it’s nice to say you’ve earned it.

And I swear on my life…
The harder you work, the luckier you get.

I’m off to bed because im up double early in the morning, I’m working on the seafood stall tomorrow. Come down and say hello. Bosh❤️
