I think for many, action combat feels more rewarding. When you win, it feels like it's because of your skill, which feels great (doesn't it?!)
Turn-based delays that reward, you need to strategize, wait for your opponent, and losing feels more like failure

We got into the beta test for Roco Kingdom ✧・゚
the new f2p open-world, creature-collecting game (with co-op and duels)!

So far, we're really enjoying it!

So frustrated with #SteamNextFest 😭

We just want to see cool new games made by humans, but we can't. There are 7k+ demos this time, 688 co-op. Every other one screams AI slop.

It's exhausting to see. We refuse to play them too, indie or not.

Steam needs a Gen-AI filter. ✊

I really feel for the indie devs who put so much time and love into their projects, and funds for human artists and PR too. Only to lose visibility because of this.
