@stumat @SophyRidgeSky Yes!!! And so important for this to start at school level. Young boys are being exposed to misogyny and it’s terrifying. Andrew Tate-esque ideas. They need good male role models to tell them it’s dangerous and not ok.

@DCSboudicca @SophyRidgeSky Many people speak about this. It’s a result of misogyny- men feeling it’s not manly to talk about feelings, or ask for help and they over whelming feeling of failure. This all goes hand in hand. Laura Bates book “men who hate women” explains this clearly, I recommend it.

@inmanity @SophyRidgeSky It is terrorism - terrorism isn’t “illegals” vs everyone else. It’s terror being subjected to one demographic of people from another. Misogyny IS an act of terror. It should be seen as that, some men, following incel and misogynistic ideas subjecting women to terror.

@Tachardiella @SophyRidgeSky There’s an excellent book called Men Who Hate Women by Laura Bates. It explains incel communities and how the hate is being driven online. These people can seem perfectly normal until they walk into a shopping centre and stab women - but the signs are there online.

It’s ok to be nice to people who are doing good things - basic parenting skills

@SP3RNZ @LeRoiHaptalon No I think they are rose chafers not cockchafers. Rose chafers are good for the soil and turn into lovely green beetles. It was crawling on its back. I put them into the compost heap to get munching. Definitely no moles though.
