सच कहें तो PM Surya Ghar Scheme अभी भी काफी लोगों को पता ही नहीं है जबकि यह आम लोगों के लिये बिजली बिल कम करने का सबसे बड़ा मौका है।

If money is accidentally transferred to the wrong account while making a payment through UPI or Internet Banking, you should immediately register a complaint on the RBI toll-free number **1800-120-1740** as per RBI guidelines. This increases the chances of getting your money refunded.

First, report the issue on the above number. Then visit your bank branch and submit a written complaint by filling out the required form. If the bank refuses to help or delays action, you can file a complaint against the bank at **https://t.co/ui9ojPTd6I**.

As per Reserve Bank of India guidelines, if an online payment is mistakenly credited to another person’s account, the bank must review the complaint and process the refund within **48 hours**.

Always keep the SMS you receive after making a UPI or net banking payment. It contains the **transaction/PPBL number**, which is required while filing a complaint. In case of a wrong transaction, call the bank with all details and visit the branch within **3 days** to submit a written complaint.

While filling the complaint form, make sure to include the **transaction reference number, date, amount, and the account details where the money was mistakenly sent.**

चोरी का मोबाइल पहचानने का सबसे आसान तरीका है : KYM

CEIR (Central Equipment Identity Register) द्वारा प्रदान की गई KYM सेवा। इसके लिए सबसे पहले मोबाइल का IMEI नंबर जानने हेतु *#06# डायल करें। फिर SMS टाइप करें – KYM <IMEI> और उसे 14422 पर भेज दें। तुरंत रिप्लाई में मोबाइल का ब्रांड, मॉडल और IMEI की स्थिति की जानकारी मिल जाएगी।
यदि स्टेटस ब्लैकलिस्टेड, डुप्लीकेट या पहले से उपयोग में दिखे, तो समझिए यह चोरी या अवैध फोन है।

इस प्रकार, सेकंड-हैंड मोबाइल खरीदने से पहले 14422 पर SMS भेजकर आसानी से उसकी असलियत जानी जा सकती है।
