I'm in a similar position. The Iran conflict is a disaster. Personally, i blame Israel as I suspect that they shared false intelligence with the Trump Admin leading to the belief that a clean decapitation strike was plausible.

With that said, the Progressive Left doesn't give a shit about the war. Their only consistent political position is to accrue enough political power to destroy us and our homelands. Their goals are entirely divorced from their stated goals. If they gain power again they'll try to enact covid lockdown 2.0, open the border, and economically punish White men for the crime of existing.

The modern progressive Left isn't possible to reform when their philosophical foundation is to hurt as many people as they can get their fingers on. Misery goblins.

So these liars are going to go on TV, laugh about their own stated policy preferences like they don't still support every single one of them, and then expect half of the country to forgive them for treating them like shit for the better part of 12 years.

Maybe some are stupid enough to fall for this pathetic gimmick, but I will never forget or forgive what these people and their fellow ideologues did to me and those like me during the last dozen years.
