It's Kenedy County: 47 of its 269 registered voters have already voted. That's 17.5%.

57,341 Texans have already voted, per the state's Oct 19 file: 55,901 by mail and the first 1,440 in person (a few counties so far).
Up 2,980 from the day before. Harris County leads with 18,162 ballots.

@ATown_Jonesy Agreed, it's a long game. I’m building out the city pages now along with the topical authority. The focus is making each one genuinely local, not a city name swap, so Google treats them as real pages and not doorway pages. I'll post the numbers once they start moving.

56,874 Texans have already voted as of Oct 19: 55,797 by mail plus the first 1,077 in person (only 18 counties have posted in-person counts so far).
That's +2,518 since yesterday. Harris County leads with 18,162.

@pseudotrending This is a great way to look at it. Avg position has been bouncing around, and I think the new long tail stuff is exactly why. Going to pull the 4–5 queries by page and see what's close. Appreciate the tip.

@bd3kker 100% agree. The AI part got me to launch faster, but title tag, meta description and structure are where the real work is. Will keep posting the numbers, good or bad.

@schkovl Really good call. I hadn't thought about how the nav is built under the hood. Going to inspect it tonight and see whether they're real links or just buttons. If they're divs with click handlers, that might explain a lot.

Backlinks, schema and structure are still a work in progress. Next goal is top 3. I'll share what moves it into the top 3 as I go!
