Can I, as the designer, take credit for a $300,000 price increase? (not all of it, but some, right?)

With my investor we transformed a 1980's tract home into showstopper with warm modern finishes.

When our investor purchased this house they bought based on a sale price of $2.3mm. I knew with great design we could do better.
Final result is my client listed at $2.6mm and the home went under contract within a week.

My mission is to help investors increase the value of their property with beautiful design.

In a small space it's ALL about the layout

A lot of hours have been spent in this kitchen to ensure every square inch is maximized.

When designing a kitchen I like to think about how the new owner will wash their dishes, cook their meals and entertain guests. The ROI is worth the time!

I won't be living here but someone will be and I want them to love their home!

Lately, whenever I'm out at a restaurant or bar in a cool neighborhood in LA, women outnumber men by a lot.

Yet, when it comes to who makes the design decisions for new construction apartment buildings here, my guess is that men outnumber women by a lot.

Most of my clients are investors. All my current designs are custom and specific per project. This service comes with a higher cost and time commitment.

If I was to create pre-packaged design options with sourced materials and clickable links based on specific styles, like farmhouse or modern, would you buy one and how much would it be worth to you?

@DamasceneMoment I think so too. It was a priority for me in the design. Lucky I had an 8'x6' laundry room to convert. All I had to do was move the back door. Plus it looks better in the kitchen
