@Olio_ex, help! I love your app but I got locked out of the app when I swapped phones and the reset password emails never make it through to me (I've checked the full compliment of folders). Can someone help, as I've loads of great stuff to give away??

1. I ordered a washing machine (249899935) for delivery on 12th April
2. On the morning of the expected delivery, I got a call to say that in fact, it’s not in stock so can’t be delivered until 21st April - a full nine days later

7. A very nice lady at EL looked on the schedule and said the next available date is 28th April - a week after the second aborted attempt. She passed the issue on to someone who can try and bring the date forward but so far, not a sausage.

6. I then picked up a voicemail from EL saying that the delivery men had had no answer on my mobile or at the property (!!!), so had left to go to the next job and wouldn’t be able to come back

4. I was up and ready at 7am, when I saw that an email had come through after I called customer service, saying to expect the delivery between 2.12pm and 6.12pm. Which to believe?!

3. On the evening of 20th April, having heard nothing since, I called customer services who told me that I was the first drop-off today so to expect the delivery at 7am
@BBCTheArchers Hello! I produce a podcast on body dysmorphic disorder for the charity @BDDFoundation. I'm also a long-standing Archers listener. We've been wondering if you needed any support with a developing storyline we think sounds very relevant to our work. Can we help?
Does anyone know anyone who's suffered and subsequently recovered from body dsymorphic disorder? It's for a new project I'm doing for the @BDDFoundation
Words that once wore their heart on their sleeve: a freelancer was a knight-adventurer who used his lance for anyone who paid him; a secretary kept secrets; illustrators added lustre; and a heathen lived on the (‘uncivilised’) heath.
