My goal was 500 push-ups.
I did 510 in 1 hour!
After 400 my muscles were tired.
My mind wanted to quit.
But I kept pushing.
My muscles finally gave up at 510.
What’s the lesson?
Your body is stronger than your mind if you can’t control it.
Control mind, control life.
I am back on Twitter/X guys!
Had a down…
Had thoughts about quitting…
But I got my shit together and now I am back!
Always remember.
It is never too late to get back to work!
Training your brain is like training your muscles.
Stay committed and consistent in your intense training to promote growth.
However, you also need rest days where new information can be processed and new structures can be formed.
200 individuals pursuing their dream lives!
How I did it in 2 months:
- Tweet relatable, valuable content regularly.
- Engage with like-minded followers for learning and support.
- Most importantly, persevere and stay committed, regardless of follower fluctuations!
@StoicMedia1 If you’re very ambitious, you may not even need it or perhaps only need it 1-2 / month.
Especially in the beginning, it can be quite helpful.
Just like in fitness, as you gain more training experience, you may require fewer rest days compared to when you're just starting out.
Always try to give 100%.
When you can’t give 100% give 80%.
When you can’t give 80% give 50%.
At least keep the work up.
Don’t give up! You are almost there!
150 followers, guys!
Thank you all for the support!
I am truly grateful for this!
I have looked at each of your profiles.
Each one of you is a unique individual.
We will go far on our journey!
Keep up the grind!
-Next goal: 200 followers-
What would your life look like if you had everything you longed for?
Visualize it in your mind's eye. Do this every day, maybe even multiple times.
Over time, you‘ll notice opportunities opening up to you that you hadn't seen before.
Now, it's just a matter of taking action.
