It’s not because I don’t want to further my exposure or support other indie and baby writers. This break has been incredibly restorative to my mind and soul. I’m reveling in it and I would encourage everyone to take a break every now and then.

I know I haven’t posted much lately. I’m in a weird place where I‘m a couple weeks in to a social media detox on my all personal socials and I forget about my pen name account. I’ve found so much freedom in disconnecting. I don’t know where to strike the balance with this acct

Ol faithful, my window 7 running laptop has finally died. Most of my WIPs were in the cloud but I’ve lost a few. Laptop shopping is a little overwhelming. Is a chromebook enough ? Or is it time for a gaming laptop?

Are you a #planster or a #pantser ? Do you like having detailed notes, chapters planned in advance ? Or do you sit down with a blank page and let the words flow freely?

@DMLewry @wattpad I’m sorry! I just saw this comment now! I don’t try to follow their format while I’m writing but I’ve found my sweet spot is between 1,000-1,500wc. TRL is still in the #firstdraft but I’m hoping to keep the chapters between 1,500-2,000 when the dust settles
