@JimmysChippy Hi James, yeah I did this on 22nd April but got an automated response telling me my “ticket type isn’t valid for a refund” so I emailed them straight away as they cancelled the flight. Still waiting for a constructive response! Such a poor service!

Does anyone know how to get in contact with @seetickets who owe me a refund from over 28 days ago but aren’t paying and when I try to log in using the details tells me my order doesn’t exist but that’s the only way I can contact them 🙃 #seetickets #refund
