@little_mavis It shouldn’t be babies vs wheelchairs, there should be room for all. Also, if I get off the bus there’s no way to get my ticket money refunded which is annoying.

@anne_theriault I once went to a v fancy and expensive restaurant in London, and ordered raviolo off the menu. I assumed it was a high end way of saying ravioli. It was not. I got a single piece of pasta. I went home hungry but never forgot how to pluralise in Italian.

@howlett_leanne Have you got good children’s centres where you are? Ours distribute the book start packs and might be interested. You could ask to be invited to a baby group and meet the mums directly. Also rhyme time at the library.

@SarahVaci @Fox_Claire I’d rather eat glass than ever breastfeed again; and I suspect my firstborn felt the same. Hated every second of it. Would hate to be told I wasn’t “expected” to do anything else. Can’t I go out? Spend time with my older kid? Have a bath by myself? Can’t dad look after his child?

@BabyLossLawyer @catherineroyuk Well they went through the risks anyway. I was fully prepared and just repeated “I want a c section” whatever they said to me. Sorry that happened to you :(

@BabyLossLawyer @catherineroyuk I had one of these meetings too, lots of the risk info was inaccurate- they gave me risk stats for emergency cs not elective, while not acknowledging that those going for vag birth are much more likely to have and emcs.

Hi @networkrail any idea if the kids play area at London Bridge station will ever be open? Sign says it’s closed due to “annual maintenance check”, same as last Wednesday. Will this take a long time? Is there a way to check w/out touching out and being charged?

@youngvulgarian They think women are stupid and our little lady brains can’t decide how to feed our babies ourselves. If we choose to formula feed its because we’ve been tricked into it.
