@JackGoodwin @barstoolsports So here you pay the employees salaries so the company doesn’t have to. Also, if you tip via credit card our government takes a cut of that tip. So tipping cash is best. If you have a bill for $100 and you were served properly and efficiently then a 15-20% tip is appreciated.

@JackGoodwin @barstoolsports So servers/food delivery/food services in the US get paid around $2.50/hr which is around 2 pounds in the UK. So those employees make up the rest of the minimum wage with tips. Don’t ask me how those industries get away with it but they do.
