@Sakerift Yeah, that's the thing for me. He's been Twinkified/Yassified, to a degree. He has a smooth baby face now.

They've made him look worse, somehow.

EXODUS team shows new male Protagonist model Jun, changed after fan feedback.

Old vs New comparison

@grr_gladys I think Elise is meant to be mixed, or at least latinx and Suliman I think is meant to be Chinese/Japanese-origin but yeah, we need a more diverse cast of characters (not including the "aliens").

[*CR* - wait for Hanako at the Cobbled Swan @CorbynRed]

@QueerNerdyLefty Also, I think that other companion is East Asian. Forgot about him.

[*CR* - wait for Hanako at the Cobbled Swan @CorbynRed]

@QueerNerdyLefty Tbh, the whole cast of characters is very white, besides maybe Elise, who I think is Hispanic. It does worry me a bit.

FemJun on your mind? Ours too. She's coming... soon™. We've got something special cooking for her reveal, and we think it'll be worth the wait.

@grr_gladys They've announced she's being revealed soon. Likely November, by the sounds of it.

[*CR* - wait for Hanako at the Cobbled Swan @CorbynRed]

@grr_gladys They've made him into a twink. I hope we can at least get some beard/hair options at a minimum.

Although I'll likely be playing as FemJun but that may also depend on whether romances are locked because I kind of want to romance Phaedra.

[*CR* - wait for Hanako at the Cobbled Swan @CorbynRed]

@QueerNerdyLefty I also like Phaedra's design but I hope FemJun doesn't look too much like her. There needs to be some variety and the old face tech/style didn't seem to allow for that.

[*CR* - wait for Hanako at the Cobbled Swan @CorbynRed]

@QueerNerdyLefty Yeah, that's my issue. He now looks too young. I prefer the style, just not what it's done to his face.

I do think we may get some basic beard/hair options, though.

@Tewlipz @jenuflexion Another BioWare guy also suggested the tone for DA:TV be what it is, iirc.

[*CR* - wait for Hanako at the Cobbled Swan @CorbynRed]

@QueerNerdyLefty I'm blocked too and I don't think I've ever interacted with him.

[*CR* - wait for Hanako at the Cobbled Swan @CorbynRed]

@ShoNuffKay Yeah but they still somehow got the VA for Davrin (he did a good job, ngl) in but I guess they hired him on before he started following anti-woke accounts and posting anti-LBTQ stuff on Twitter/Insta.

Also, that was likely a different Producer, I think.

[*CR* - wait for Hanako at the Cobbled Swan @CorbynRed]

The more astonishing thing about this isn't SmashGPT falling for it but Chris Avellone being a stupid fucking idiot and thinking this was some kind of gotcha, when it's standard practice.

[No I'm Airbagged @SalmonSask]

Hang on. Is @SmashJT saying employers are looking at the social media of applicants and, fairly or otherwise, weighing that into hiring decisions?????

HOLY SHIT!

[*CR* - wait for Hanako at the Cobbled Swan @CorbynRed]

@cybusMan There's nothing stopping you hiring Fascists.

@BlackBison64 @Knight10293847 Was. It's dead now. The Servers have gone.

[*CR* - wait for Hanako at the Cobbled Swan @CorbynRed]

@Knight10293847 That's MetaHuman for you. I don't think Archetype are using it.

[*CR* - wait for Hanako at the Cobbled Swan @CorbynRed]

@Knight10293847 Why the fuck did their post get Community Noted?

[*CR* - wait for Hanako at the Cobbled Swan @CorbynRed]

@Tewlipz *who the male

[*CR* - wait for Hanako at the Cobbled Swan @CorbynRed]

This sounds like they have a relatively well-known VA involved to voice FemJun.

I just hope it's not Jennifer Hale (that'd be a bit weird).

But I guess this also means we'll be getting one fixed voice and not an American/English voice, like in DA:I/DA:TV.

I can live with that.

@Tewlipz I think so? I don't know the male VA for Jun is but he sounds American to my ears?
