प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार @myogiadityanath सरकार ने श्री @amitabhk87 जी की अध्यक्षता में गठित समिति की सिफारिशें लागु करने को मंजूरी दे दी है।
जिन घर खरीददारों को कब्ज़ा मिल गया है, या फ्लैट तैयार है और पुरे पैसे दे चुके हैं, उनकी रजिस्ट्री का रास्ता साफ़ हो गया है।
2012 में NCRPB की स्वीकृति के बाद लगभग ग्यारह साल बाद ऐसा मौका आया है जब घर खरीददारों के घर में एक और दिवाली मनने वाली है।

लगभग ढाई लाख घर खरीददारों को राहत मिलने की उम्मीद है।
हम दो साल जीरो पीरियड के स्वीकृति का भी स्वागत करते हैं, निश्चित रूप से इससे भी अधूरे प्रोजेक्ट पुरे होंगे और घर खरीददारों को राहत मिलेगी।

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार कैबिनेट की पूरी रिपोर्ट जल्दी आ जाएगी, उसे पढ़ने बाद जल्द मिलकर आगे की रणनीति तय करेंगे।

Home Buyers created storm at Jantar Mantar against decade-Long Red Tape Struggle for Metro, Registry and possession of flats.

Thousands of Home Buyers from Greater Noida west reached jantar mantar using multiple Buses from many societies to protest and raise their demand heard for Metro, Registry, Possession of flats and random wierd decisions by IRP.

The ambitious Aqua Metro extension project to Greater Noida West, spearheaded by the NOIDA Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC), has been entangled in bureaucratic red tape for over a decade. Despite the initial preparation of a detailed project report (DPR) by DMRC, state government approval, and endorsement by the Public Investment Board (PIB) of the central government, the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) has recently rejected the proposal, leaving the fate of the project uncertain.

The situation has raised questions about the numerous hurdles the project must overcome and how many more years it will take to see completion. Despite the recommendations from the Amitabh Kant Committee aimed at resolving issues related to registry and possession, the authorities appear nonchalant, leaving thousands of homebuyers in limbo.

Efforts to find a resolution have been ongoing for decades, with multiple meetings, continuous agitation, and a year-long protest at Ek Murti Chowk yielding no positive results. The recent gathering of thousands of buyers from various societies in Greater Noida West at Jantar Mantar underscores the urgency of their demand to kick-start metro construction in the area.

The protest, led by the NEFOWA, aims to draw attention to the need for immediate action on the Amitabh Kant Committee report. The report suggests expediting the registry of flats and completing stalled projects to address the concerns of frustrated homebuyers.

Abhishek Kumar, President of NEFOWA, expressed frustration, stating, "The protest will continue to intensify as we witness one approval after another, followed by sudden rejections for the metro project."

Mihir Gautam, Convener of the Registry and Possession Movement, lamented the apparent disconnect between the government and the plight of homebuyers, saying, "It is hard to believe that such a popular government is unable to understand the plight of lakhs of homebuyers who are being extorted by authorities and builders."

The rally at Jantar Mantar is a plea for urgent action from both the State and Central governments to fulfill this long-standing demand for a metro extension in Greater Noida West. The citizens hope that their collectie voice will finally bring about the serious efforts required to resolve the persisting issues.
