Ashland Elementary is always putting on a performance! Due to the snow days, we celebrated Black History Month tonight with a performance celebrating influential African American figures throughout history! @KEDC1 @Promise_Leaders

Our school wrapped up black history month with a wax museum. Each student did so great tell the story of the person they represented. I’m so proud of them! @KEDC1 @Promise_Leaders

We have been learning out our community and the people who help make it what it is. An attorney, firefighters and Kona ice have been so kind to stop by and talk to us about how they support our community! @KEDC1 @Promise_Leaders

We had the Lexington Children’s Theater at school to perform The Princess Who Lost Her Hair. This was a wonderful experience to all of our scholars. @Promise_Leaders @KEDC1

Today’s @KEDCGrants EdTech Unleashed Virtual Conference brought together educators from 44 @KEDC1 districts for 3 hours of innovative learning! 25 grantee teacher leader presentations & 340+ live attendees. Grateful to our educators who shared on what’s working in tech!

ABC Countdown to summer and today was Disney Day! We took a virtual field trip to Magic Kingdom! So thankful to have learned about the amazing technology that we can use in our classrooms from @KyCharge they provided the most current and useful sources that help students connect
