Tired of this “Amazon paid $0 in taxes” nonsense. It’s not some loophole conspiracy, you just don’t understand how taxes work because your bald headed ass daddy failed at teaching you finance.

Employees are taxed on income. Businesses are taxed on profit (revenue minus expenses). Why? Because when YOU spend money, it’s consumption. When a business reinvests, it creates jobs, improves services, and drives economic growth.

If you start taxing companies on revenue instead of profit, they don’t just sit there and take it, they leave to tax havens like Dubai, Bahrain, Cayman Islands, etc. Capital moves fast. It goes where it’s treated best.

So for everyone yelling “tax the rich”… what’s the actual plan when the money just leaves?
