Raj ($HITI) just presented at @PlanetMicroCap. Key takeaways:
- BC store cap could rise from 8 to 24 under the new government
-Targeting 18–20% market share in 3 years
-$400K per store, payback in 10 months
-White-label products ramping up fast
-10m sales for Queen of Bud
👇
Eleven months after Canna Cabana opened its first store in Germany, we can safely say Germans love the model, even without cannabis sales!
"The selection is fantastic and the prices are really good."
"Best shop in Berlin ever."
SNDL reported earnings today, and the numbers look pretty bad next to $HITI
One is growing and improving profitability. The other is going backwards.

🗞️ High Tide Acquires Established Cannabis Store in Chestermere, Alberta
🌊 $HITI @HighTide_HITI
🔥-take: Store #234 on the path to the stated goal of 350 in 🇨🇦 Canada. Worth noting this was an all cash deal ($670k) with no shares used.
🗣️ Raj Grover @RajGrover_HITI, Founder and CEO:
"Great opportunities are worth waiting for. We've wanted to bring Canna Cabana to Chestermere for some time, but we weren't prepared to compromise on location or economics just to enter the market. Today, we're pleased to have secured an established, cash-flowing store at an attractive 2.1 times annualized Adjusted EBITDA. This is exactly how we intend to approach our growth opportunities going forward: remain opportunistic, stay disciplined on valuations, and pursue acquisitions or organic development based on what makes the most sense for our shareholders."
"Retail success starts with the right location, and this one checks many of the boxes we look for. Strong visibility, growing residential neighbourhoods, and a national discount grocer nearby make it an excellent fit for our innovative discount club model. As we continue expanding across Canada, we'll remain selective, focusing on quality locations and strong returns. We're excited to bring our Club's unbeatable value proposition to Chestermere and many more communities across the country."

🌊 $HITI @HighTide_HITI CEO @RajGrover_HITI on a fifth straight quarterly revenue record: $198.8M, up 33% YoY, with operating income up 133%. SG&A hit 3.9% of revenue, a 12-quarter low. Same-store sales are beating the sector. He does not need U.S. rescheduling to execute — he wants it because it is the biggest market. The U.S. plan is not a carbon copy of Canada: retail, not cultivation, Cabana Club customized state by state, capital-light. Canna Cabana is at 233 stores, with 350 still the next milestone before the UK or anywhere else.
🇩🇪 High Tide's newest acquisition Remexian is the second engine. German revenue went from about $10.5M at the September 2025 close to $38.2M this quarter. Volume went from 4 tonnes to a record 10.2. Gross margin is 26%, up from the 12–13% range. Share moved from 6.5% to 10.5%, with a long-term target of 15–20%. Grover’s line: a billion in revenue in one to three years is no longer a stretch.
⚕️ @vantagehemp CMO Dr. Paul Shields on what Schedule III does not fix. Certifying and prescribing stay separate. In New York, certifying providers already need a DEA registration, and most already write Schedule III. The real wall is insurance: dispensary flower will not get covered. You need a prescribed, NDC-coded product, and most shops will not want the PBM haircut. The six-month DEA registration window is close. His clinical warning: batch-to-batch inconsistency makes titration impossible next to blood thinners. Sativex, the 1:1, is the nearer prescription path — off-label is legal, malpractice risk is not.
💸 @FundCanna CEO @AdamStettner on the ALJ Derek Julius pause. His general counsel’s read: documentation gaps in the GAO report are not a fundamental defect. The pause changes the clock, not the merits of Schedule III. The only bad outcome would have been a stay of the underlying hearing. That did not happen. Operators are still running the business. Some already filed for DEA inspections and got silence or a regional appointment. Investment banks did not slow down after Tuesday — they sped up. A Midwest bank is still building a cannabis loan program. Smart money bought the dip, including one buyer of 1 million $GTBIF shares. Midterms do not set the rescheduling calendar. Terry Cole still has the last word after the recommendation and the 25-day objection window.

🗞️ High Tide to Open First Canna Cabana in Peterborough, Ontario
🌊 $HITI @HighTide_HITI
🔥-take: Store #233 on the path to the stated goal of 350 in 🇨🇦 Canada. This is store #107 in Ontario (population: 16M)
🗣️ Raj Grover @RajGrover_HITI, Founder and CEO:
"Canna Cabana's growing consumer appeal and strong Ontario performance give us a clear opportunity to keep expanding into communities we have not yet served. Peterborough is another step in that strategy. Recent third-party research ranked Canna Cabana first nationally in brand awareness and as the retailer surveyed consumers shop most often. Our established Ontario stores also generated average revenue of 2.4 times the provincial peer average in June 2026. That combination of consumer preference and strong store performance reinforces my confidence as we prepare to introduce our exceptional value to Peterborough's cannabis consumers."
"For our shareholders, the priority is to translate these competitive strengths into high-quality organic growth, funded by the cash our business generates. Peterborough builds on our recent opening in Lindsay and strengthens our presence across the Kawarthas. We will remain selective on M&A, pursuing opportunities only where the strategic fit and financial returns justify them. With many more exciting locations in our construction pipeline, we look forward to welcoming new ELITE and Cabana Club members and extending Canna Cabana's reach, while maintaining the capital discipline that has brought us this far."

Regarding $HITI 's Q3 2026, I'd like to highlight that the stock's floor has risen. In my view, the risk of investing at these levels is lower than the risk of investing near $1 back around 2023.
Both the core business, Canna Cabana, and Remexian Pharma are positioning $HITI as the safest name in the industry.
Friends, a UK acquisition will never be more accretive than the multiples at which the 51% stake in Remexian Pharma was acquired.
That said, I give the company credit for not rushing into what appears to be its next major catalyst. I think people underestimate the synergies $HITI's global footprint brings to the core business, particularly in Europe.
On the core business, I want to share a clip from Blake Downer on the latest episode of @CashFlowKingsYT (link here: https://t.co/LMG949Trqg):
"232 [Canna Cabana] stores, they are all winners. Like two or three years ago, Raj goes out to Vegas [...] for a cannabis conference. An unnamed investor that I speak with on a semi-regular basis was having dinner with Raj and asked him: 'Well, when are you going to get around to shutting down your lowest-quality stores? [...] You must have a couple of underperformers.' And Raj said: 'I don't have any underperformers. I only have overperformers and stores that meet expectations.'"
Execution on the core business is simply incredible, and that's exactly what will allow $HITI itself — if the market won't fairly value it — to reward shareholders through buybacks.
For all these reasons, I've never felt better about my investment in $HITI going forward.
