@elonmusk My family has been left stranded and forced into an unexpected vehicle purchase and I’m simply asking Tesla to reconsider and stand behind its product in an exceptional circumstance.
@elonmusk I spent 6 years proudly supporting Tesla’s mission and encouraging others to switch to EVs. Now, with a Model 3 under 6 years old and barely past warranty mileage, I’m facing a catastrophic battery failure and no meaningful support. Service # SV02A9F34A
@DriveTeslaca Would be nice if it fixes the annoying USB software bug that’s now been there for months rendering the dashcam useless without rebooting the car.
@ChrisJBakke That’s the cable genius not the charger. And guess what? They break just like every thing else in life, because companies want to cut costs and turn the most profit.

@Tesla@elonmusk The 150kW Superchargers in Riviere-du-Loup, Quebec are in serious need of attention, only 1 charger (1A) is able to hit 72kW peak, all others max at 35kW. Please fix these as this Supercharger is essential to travelling to the East Coast in Canada.
