@mcdonald_kecia A3: Public speaking, Published Writing and getting my voice/opinions out more type action. I’m approaching my 10th year in education & will be a tenured DOE teacher in the Fall; I feel like I can let go a little bit and go for it. #808educate

@KristiOda @mcdonald_kecia A2: I small kine went rogue this year and implemented full-on Standards Based Grading in Infinite Campus before we were required to as a whole school. Still figuring it out 🤷🏾‍♂️ lol #808educate

A1: Ss tried to teach me about their music choices recently but there’s a reason why they STILL play songs from 2003-09 at all the HS dances. From my @808TFellows , I learned the power of surrounding yourself with people who share your passion. It’s inspiring. #808educate
