@thisisanfield key word is EXPLORE, that does not mean they are up for sale. checking options and “exploring” or “trying to gage” is definitely not the same as liverpool are for sale.
@thisisanfield the globe does not corroborate the story that liverpool ARE for sale. the globe states “FSG is TRYING to gauge whether it is better to attract new investors in its Liverpool Football Club or simply sell it, according to a source with direct knowledge of the situation.”
@Frommers LOT - we were all booked on the same reservation & 2 adults were placed together in the exit row so we couldn’t even swap seats for one of us to sit with my bf’s son. we were told to handle it on the plane and ask people to switch seats with us 🙄
@business FYI- norway is opened to vaccinated travelers who have the EU QR code only - you cannot arrive in norway from the US and present your CDC card and be allowed in.. worth mentioning as your information is a little vague and not fully accurate.
@TravelLeisure great suggestions!! i’ve done a few of these myself …. one missing would be bologna to san marino (although technically not a city).. it was a fantastic daytrip via train and bus, well worth a visit!
@business hmm, well your quote about norway is a little misleading.. most of us here are only half vaccinated as doses are given out with a 12 week interval in between and our borders most definitely not are “unsealed” for everyone.
@Frommers welcome to norway - same situation here but at least they have been upfront about it from the beginning. only way around it is being a norweigan citizen/resident or going to another EU country to get a EU QR code from a pharmacy.
@TravelLeisure that’s the problem though, as you mention, there is no uniform system for this. i live in norway & they are just now figuring out how to log US vaccines into the norwegian system & only for those who have a norwegian ID number. very much “we’re open!” but with an asterisk.
@SavLocal it’s crazy. people returning to their home countries for a variety of necessary reasons (funerals, sick family, etc) - come back vaccinated- and forced into quarantine hotels for 500kr/night per person instead of being able to quarantine at home in a safe way. madness.
@TheLocalTravel_@TheLocalEurope summer domestic holiday this year, doesn’t look super promising norway makes it easy for international travel this summer 🥺
@CNTraveler one of my favorite cities in europe - i went to löyly a few years ago for a sauna and a jump in the sea.. they also have fantastic fish soup!
