@BWI_Airport After over three hours, we’ve finally given in and are taking a Lyft home. Staff uninformed. Hundreds waiting. Please share BWI’s plans for travelers who haven’t been able to get their cars- a waived parking fee at the very least. @thepointsguy @wbaltv11 @baltimoresun

@BWI_Airport Also going to chime in about waiving parking fees and reimbursing expenses... We just spent $50 on lunch at one of the only restaurants available outside security since we've been waiting almost two hours.
