Flight delayed getting in, then stuck on the plane for an hour after landing, then my flight wasn't even on the arrivals board in baggage claim and the line to report missing luggage was a 4+ hour wait. A MESS.

@mfnsouli @AirCanada Honestly they're lucky they made it that long. I was on hold for an hour today to try to file an incident report for my bag and then they just hung up on me.

.@AirCanada it's absolutely mad. I spent HOURS in the airport last night and eventually left at 1 am with a screaming toddler. I've tried to call your baggage line 8 times today, only to get through once and be put on hold for an hour and then be hung up on. I JUST NEED MY STUFF.

.@AirCanada I know you guys are slammed but PLEASE answer your phones. I have no way to get my bags, the line at Pearson to talk to an AC agent last night was about 80 people deep at 1 am and people had been waiting for upwards of 4 hours. This is INSANE. I just need my stuff.

@chaninicholas Saturn in the 5th. First big job upheavals finally landing a job I love, then 2 pregnancy losses finally welcoming my son this year. Lessons: I am resilient af, authority figures aren't always right, things I want are sometimes bad for me, I am good at being in charge

@kumailn My 5 month old hasn't met both my parents IRL. It sucks. Christmas is huge for my family, we are devastated to miss it, but we will be staying home by ourselves this year to keep everyone safe. And no way am I taking my baby on a plane with no PPE rn.
