I know it's cheesy, but I think anyone going to the game on Friday should give a standing ovation for every player when they come up to bat. Riley just said he's embarrassed of his performance so far and rightfully so, but negativity is the last thing they need.

I am fired up for the home opener and I hope you are too. This is a good team off to a bad start, it hasn't been sloppy, it hasn't been ugly. There are some hurdles to clear but it will get better and reinforcements are on the way.

Tonight starts a run of eight 3-game series in the month of April. Win series. That's the goal.

Win all 8 and you're 16-15 going into May. Ambitious? Sure. Necessary? No.
