To celebrate this year, we brewed a *super limited* pilot batch of Märzen beer. Märzens takes ~2-3 months to brew, and yield an amber-colored, flavor-rich lager.

We shipped out tasters to our interns, and we have ~20 tasters left.

lager had best “drinkability for all occasions”, shandy very smooth, but would drink better depending on weather.
