@DHLexpress Hi @DHLexpress that does not help as the link does not distinguish between the type of DHL service points - I need to locate a DHL express service point. You'd have thought that any DHL point could handle any DHL package, but as I found out yesterday, that is not the case.

Hi @DHLexpress I am trying to send a package from Arnhem, Netherlands. DHL service points not accepting my barcode. DHL express website not loading locations of DHL express service points. No ability to call anyone today. I have paid for my package, but I can't send it. Annoyed!

@seatsixtyone Thanks all for your replies. Complicated stuff. Sounds like you can book from Brussels to Narbonne and would need a separate booking from Arnhem to Brussels with more leeway for delays

Hello @seatsixtyone, I would love to know if it is possible to book a through ticket from Netherlands to Narbonne without having to go through Paris. The timetable below shows it can work well, but it seems to be impossible to book a ticket

Hello @tapairportugal. Despite contacting you twice to request a cash refund for my cancelled flight from Lisbon, I have only been offered a voucher. Meanwhile @easyJet has provided a full cash refund. Why can't you obey European law and do the same?

@HMRCcustomers Thank you for your reply. But that would take me past the deadline for filing, so I would be hit with a late filing penalty. That would not be fair as I am trying to file before the deadline.

@HMRCcustomers I'm trying to do my tax return, and have just registered on the HMRC website. It says a code will be sent to me by post in 7 days, which takes me past the deadline. How can I get the code so I can file in time?

@OfficeShoes 3/ @OfficeShoes. This negates the whole point of a gift receipt i.e. a receipt that the receiver of a gift can use to be refunded for an item if needed. If that is your policy you shouldn't provide gift receipts or at least be honest when the original purchase is made.

Hello @OfficeShoes. Really bad service at your Westfield Stratford store just now when we tried to return an item with a gift receipt. Were told we had to get a refund on the same card used to purchase - in which case what is the point of a gift receipt?!

@OfficeShoes 2/ @OfficeShoes. 2. Having a policy not to provide a refund on a gift receipt is a terrible policy. It means you won't refund someone if they pay in cash or if they take an item back without being accompanied by the original purchaser.

Hello @coopuk. Your Rotherhithe street store refused to accept my Northern Ireland bank notes this afternoon. Why not? They are legal tender throughout UK and you have stores in Northern Ireland.
