Since I rediscovered my Twitter account a few hours ago General Synod has become much more interesting... and entertaining. #UCCGS

Missing #CorinthReformed today but looking forward to worship at #PC3 in Wilmington.

Only John's gospel puts the "Palm" in Palm Sunday. In John 12:12-19, it's about who Jesus is, not what he does, as he sits on the donkey.

If I knew what Jesus knows, would I love as Jesus loves? https://t.co/Wg0uZKM5pF

[Bob Thompson @corinthpastor]

If you thought Jesus washing feet was mostly about willingness to do menial tasks, that's OK. I did too. John 13:1-17 Sunday!

[Bob Thompson @corinthpastor]

Jesus teaches..and models...that death doesn't precede glory for the believer. Death IS glory! https://t.co/hoRzyM23aU

[Bob Thompson @corinthpastor]

When did you make your personal, public, costly, irreversible decision to be "all in" for Jesus? https://t.co/KFjosheH3w

[Bob Thompson @corinthpastor]

What does it mean to go "all in" with Jesus? John 12:1-8 Sunday at Corinth!

[Bob Thompson @corinthpastor]

If you stop reading John 11 before Lazarus is raised, you are more likely to see the main point of the chapter. https://t.co/0KJQcpAvUz

"I must never, at any moment, presume to say there is no way out for God because I cannot see any" (Søren Kierkegaard, 1813-1855)

[Bob Thompson @corinthpastor]

Would Jesus still be "the resurrection and the life" without raising Lazarus from the dead? Absolutely! John 11:17-27 for Sunday at Corinth!

[Bob Thompson @corinthpastor]

I'm disappointed the Panthers lost in #SB50 but they still gave me some good illustrative material for my sermon. https://t.co/Cv3i7HmQ9r

[Bob Thompson @corinthpastor]

My totally objective prediction for #SB50. Defensive game, including one defensive TD as they #KeepPounding. #CarolinaPanthers 26-6.

[Bob Thompson @corinthpastor]

I tried to resist, but failed. So my sermon on Super Bowl Sunday will be titled, "The Vine and the Panthers." John 15:1-17

A privilege to share preaching the Way yesterday with my brother Paul Cummings @Hayzoosfreak. https://t.co/qeDDeO9z87

"When the waters rise Jesus will hold securely all who call on his name." @Hayzoosfreak lifting me up on his new CD. https://t.co/kK4sVLDCbp

Super Bowl here we Cam! #KeepPounding

[Bob Thompson @corinthpastor]

And now...the game we care about...go #CarolinaPanthers!

[Bob Thompson @corinthpastor]

After a week's research (watching ESPN, surfing the net, reading the paper), I say Carson has a big day but... #CarolinaPanthers, 38-31.
