Geographically, America is a diverse, beautiful country where you can take any kind of trip you want. Culturally, despite its size and population, it's pretty damn homogeneous, and you'd miss out on a lot by not travelling internationally

new mexico and new york should be WAY more different than they are if they want to compete with europe or asia
