Attended my first ever conference in person! 4 days of listening to interesting research from around the world and meeting amazing people. So inspiring! But now if you don't mind, for the next few days you will find me in my bed playing my Switch. #6ias #target2023

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

@jasminerjensen @KristyGuerin I would have not had a clue how to say that in German hahaha

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

@jasminerjensen Oh dear lord hahaha! Well let me know if you get too stuck!

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

@jasminerjensen Haha good luck!

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

@jasminerjensen Even the native speakers struggle with those ones 😂

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

Today I dipped cherry ripe cake into chocolate mousse. It was an experience

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

@KristyGuerin Finally we seem to agree!

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

@KristyGuerin

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

@KristyGuerin Excuse me? What a flip!

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

@KristyGuerin It's a tough one!

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

Kyanite because one of my old favourite students got me this beautiful specimen for the secret Santa rock exchange

[Mineral Cup #MinCup @MineralCup]

ROUND 1 MATCH 10

It’s a supersaturated matchup as bladed blue #Kyanite takes on blobby green #Malachite!

Both are beloved classics, minerals familiar from childhood rock collections, lab class, and jewellery boxes. But only one can continue in #MinCup2022!

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

@KristyGuerin @mardi_mcneil No Muscovite? *cries is glitter*

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

@KristyGuerin I will absolutely open a laser cold brew coffee place with you!

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

@jasminerjensen Stop it! They are too cute!

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

@KristyGuerin I'm not sure, I haven't gotten that email yet. But I doubt it.

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

Officially done and dusted! 🎉

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

@jasminerjensen @KristyGuerin Well that's just mean now hahaha! Those are the shifts I miss with you guys!

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

@KristyGuerin Muscovite schist... I think you mean *yells in German* GLIMMERSCHIEFER!

[Corinna Box @corischtz]

@KristyGuerin Your grandma is next level cool!
