@SharylAttkisson I had a dog that did this too. He would see a whale…stare at in silence for a moment and then you could see the light bulb go on-“wait a minute…that IS an animal- I should be barking!” He had never seen a real life whale- but he knew an animal when he saw one- smart dog!

@BridgetPhetasy I’m a survivor- this is difficult to answer. Basically he needs calories that he is willing to eat- which is difficult to determine from day to day. For example- I strangely craved “ants on a log” when on chemo ( celery, cream cheese and raisins) ask what he craves-bring that!

@emzanotti @zachinpractice My mother, a 88 year old retired speech and language path predicted that…she said that babies need to see the face and the mouth of their mothers and others from birth to wire their brain for speech and language …she would always say “the window is very short” she was right!

@karshanandrea @RoKhanna The point is for that little boy, and his devoted Father, there is no bigger problem than his cancer. If we have lost the ability to share each other’s sorrow…and each other’s joy…we have lost our shared humanity. That will truly be the biggest problem the country will face.
