Stay away from @loveholidays Paid full flight cancellation fee because love holidays wouldn’t contact the airline and the airline said they were the booker. told countless lies on chat while trying to reschedule , e.g. no flights on your day (untrue, sent the screenshot)

@loveholidays very bad service, won't change flights and won't contact @AerLingus. will never use them again, charging their full fees and flight cancellation. will never use them again

@loveholidays trying to change my dates..Aer Lingus said loveholidays need to contact them, and you say i need to contact aer lingus directly, so there is NO way to chnage my dates, as one of you has incorrect information.

@loveholidays don't book with them. they won't change my flight, and @AerLingus won't allow me to do it directly, going in circles
